With its robust design, the side flail mower MB PROFI LW is suitable for the demanding working conditions in agriculture and municipal maintenance. It is used for mulching river banks, ditches, roadsides, meadows, orchards, and pastures on slopes of up to +90° upward and -60° downward.
The electronically balanced rotor with the patented Low Vib (LW) distribution of the flails ensures less vibration and minimal bending stress and deformation, extending the service life of the flail mower. Robust flails made of forged steel ensure efficient mulching by creating turbulence and vacuum.
The double skin housing ensures structural strength and greater durability. The mechanical collision protection with a spring ensures the side flail mower offsets upon impact with an obstacle, and then automatically returns to its working position after passing the obstacle. The adjustable maintenance hood allows provides additional flexibility.
