We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Foreman to take ownership of our busy Gore workshop, working alongside a great team on one of the world’s leading agricultural brands – John Deere.

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the service department whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be overseeing an existing service/workshop team as well as working when required in the workshop and in the field.
You will have a strong mechanical background and excellent leadership skills, and a drive to achieve great results for both company and customers. This is an autonomous, full-time role that offers a great work/life balance for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all workshop operations and workflow
- Manage and schedule machinery maintenance and repairs
- Lead, support, and mentor workshop technicians
- Carry out repairs and maintenance both in the workshop and the field
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational, leadership, time management and work-scheduling skills
- Previous tractor and machinery experience, or similar industry
- The ability to cope well under pressure, especially during the busy season
- High attention to detail and a “get the job done” attitude
- PC literate and comfortable using software systems.
