Are you organised, energetic and enthusiastic? – then our Invercargill Parts Team need you!
This full-time permanent position working with one of the world’s leading brands, John Deere, is key as you are often the first point of contact to our busy customers who will appreciate your ability to prioritise multiple demands under pressure, with a smile still in place.
The cliché of no two days ever being the same couldn’t be truer in the agricultural industry – our customers don’t work regular hours and rely on us to keep their downtime to a minimum. Our parts team are pivotal to our success as they aren’t just working directly with our customers, but also keep our busy workshop service team supplied.
If you have the right attitude, are a friendly and efficient team player with a willingness to learn, then our experienced Parts team can teach you the rest, and at all times you will be well supported by the wider business team.
What we’re looking for…
• An excellent phone manner and exceptional customer service skills
• Analytical, with effective time management and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and computer skills
• Professional, punctual and the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
[Any experience in agriculture or machinery industries, ordering systems, data entry or distributing parts would be of benefit]
What’s in it for you….
• On-the-job and external training with on-going career development.
• Career stability working in a locally owned company.
• Competitive remuneration and staff buying privileges
• Great products to work with including world leading brands and excellent support systems.
