We’re looking for a Branch and Service Administrator in our locally owned and operated John Deere Dealership in Mosgiel, Dunedin. This is a permanent role of 30 hours minimum, with the potential for more hours for the right applicant.
You will play a critical and much appreciated role in ensuring our busy dealership functions at its best. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service department, and pivotal to keeping the branch operating as smoothly as possible. The role also includes responsibility for warranty administration for the wider group. At times this role will require prioritising multiple demands under pressure, but you will be well supported by a great team.
What we’re looking for:
- An excellent phone manner and exceptional customer service skills
- An outstanding communicator (oral and written)
- Good computer skills (experience in service job, and billing systems an advantage)
- Ability to accurately enter data, with an eye for detail
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to be autonomous but also work as part of a team.
