The Southland Farm Machinery Invercargill team are looking for someone with mechanical experience to join their locally owned and operated John Deere Dealership.
The role offers a variety of mechanical work and gives you the opportunity to work with the latest John Deere diagnostic tools on small to large horsepower tractors and farm equipment with some of the world’s greatest brands, John Deere, Krone and Giltrap.
What we’re looking for…
Mechanically minded with experience in agriculture or similar industry, or working towards a qualification
- Diagnosing/fault-finding skills
- Tidy & organised work habits / houseproud
- Self-starter – able to work autonomously
- PC literate and comfortable using software systems
- Has the right attitude – including taking ownership of your work, always looking to learn, being safety-conscious and a great team member
- Enjoys maintaining good relationships with customers & workmates alike
