Are you a multi-tasking administration expert who can work to tight deadlines while supporting our staff and customers?
We are looking for an administration superstar, based in our Invercargill branch. You will coordinate and provide administration support across our multi-branch organisation with a focus on finance and payroll, as well as supporting our customers. This is a full-time management role with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Reporting to the General Manager, this busy role is supported by a small admin team.
You will be responsible for:
- Financial tasks: invoicing, processing of payments, liaison with accountants on PAYE and GST, cash flow forecasting and processing
- The John Deere and Equip dealer management systems and accounting package
- Company and employee confidentiality
- Payroll
- Credit payment management and debt collection
- Office administration
- Personnel HR co-ordination duties
- Client and customer service
Ideally, you will:
- Be able to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure
- Have a strong administration background including experience in invoicing, processing of payments, payroll systems
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be organised and detail focused
- Have good skills in Microsoft office, including Excel
- Have experience using a vehicle dealer system
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic and a forward thinker
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced business.
